Chocolate cherries

Well actually chocolate cherry tomatoes- a heritage variety and one a friend gave me some spare plants of back in the earlier lockdown. They’ve been slow to ripen with the indifferent summer so I picked some green trusses before I went away and left them in a confined space with an apple when I went away. They’ve ripened pleasingly and the odd colour is actually fully ripe - they taste delicious.
