Crabapples (part 2)

Many thanks for this suggestion. The instructions said a one litre jar and this is 1.5 but the apples are well covered by the whiskey so I am going to presume that this is okay unless someone tells me different.
It is for daughter and son in law for Christmas and it will interest her even if it doesn't work too well.
