After walking the usual Thursday morning route with AuntieP - along with Yorkshirebred took up the offer of a coach trip to Southport -from the Wilsden Thursday Group - didn’t dine at at Al’s diner - doubt if Popeye did either - there’s no spinach on the menu - a good day out - despite the rain walked over five miles - most of them racked up because we walked along the prom -the express train not working - extra -am so grateful that since R’s death people still support me and invite me out - and I can partake in new to me experiences - all much appreciated
