Stones collected

I went for a walk in the rain today but didn't take any photos so I just snapped one of some of the stones we've collected over the years on our holidays to the Greek islands.
Another miserable day of rain; nearly non-stop and torrential at times. During one late afternoon torrent I got a message from United Utilities to conserve water as the reservoirs are low.
Why?!
The last day of September - oh no, the days are ever shorter and it won't be long now before the clocks go back making for gloomier days. Hoping for less rain for a few days but maybe it could rain overnight to fill the reservoirs!
