Eye See

Or rather, at the moment - I don't see! I had my second eye cataract surgery today so currently have the eye patch on. There was a lot of hanging around waiting today but all went well. An experienced consultant was instructing a 'trainee' who did some of the work and it was quite interesting hearing the technical side of things! I'm looking forward to removing the patch tomorrow and seeing with both eyes. Now my long vision will be good but I will need some reading glasses for the closer stuff.
