Stuffed Mushrooms

I usually do not care for mushrooms. And I certainly do not like button mushrooms. But while I was grocery shopping after work the store had baby portabello mushrooms.

I like that kind, especially cooked in butter and stuffed with cream cheese, parmesan cheese & bacon!
