Leak

While I was away we developed a leak.

Sadly, it's ruined some of the particle board flooring, and the T&G beech flooring laid on top.

Insurance will pay $1000 (have paid) as they limit "leak related incidents". Repair cost, maybe 10 times that, we're waiting to find out.
