Wet City

We have the last gasps of winter passing through Philadelphia, and this was what the downtown streets looked like as I walked toward the main library to read old newspapers on microfilm. I believe that's a raindrop on my lens, hovering over the intersection.

It was cold & wet but not cruel. I enjoyed the research time too.
