Wrong day

C took a day's leave to sort the car battery out. He also renewed the insurance, changed our broadband (we've been lied to once too much by talktalk) & put a new light up in the kitchen. We have a nice lamp shade, but it uses small little halogen bulps, which is expensive & only last a few months. Now we have 2 lights - 1 to use & 1 for looking pretty.

The picture is a pen sketch by Frans Claerhout. Born in Belgium he was a Catholic priest in a little Eastern Free State town. He had weird statutes in his garden. His work is very popular. Fortunately I got my 2 before he died in 2006 & it became unaffordable.
