Tea Dance

I was asked to take a few photos of a tea dance organised by An Tobar and Mull Theatre and held at the Western Isles Hotel.  It was a gentle and joyful event, and the perfect way to spend a very rainy afternoon.  The Western Isles excelled themselves with a delicious spread of sandwiches and cake.  And Karen Martin who led the workshop and the dance was just lovely.  She is very much of the school of the thought that dance is not about perfection but about enjoyment and having fun, it's therapeutic value.  She is coming back next year and says that she will get me dancing - I did warn her I was rather a freestyler and useless at remembering instructions, we'll see.
