Name that Otter

The extra shows the full creature carved yesterday from the stump of a deceased sycamore tree. The plan was to run a ballot at the local primary school but the community WhatsApp group has been buzzing with suggestions such as:

Ossian
Bella
Tarmac (think it might have been a typo for Tarka but Tarmac is quite good)

Any (sensible) sggestions welcome. It's an addition to the woodland garden in the making by the river.
