Early swim, the pool was busy so started slow moving up to medium pace.

Sunshine with clouds carrying a threat of rain. This flower, is it a mallow?, adds colour to the garden. Some bees about today too.

Walked 5k steps including a steep hill, it was easy compared to Wednesday’s trek.
