Friyay

A lovely Friday. No work, so a run first thing with Victoria and Katie. Then to see Kara who's just had an eye op for double vision. She looked comical in her dark glasses indoors...I kept singing Stevie Wonder songs to her.

Then to a lovely pub just outside York to meet George who was the chair of Trustees at a charity I worked at a few years ago. Great to see him and catch up.

Supervision at 3...then the kids come and mummy duties kicked in.

Time for a glass of something red....
