International weather conflict

According to recent papers, a British man has written the Finnish embassy in London, accusing Finland of the adverse weather conditions Britain is currently experiencing and demanding immediate improvement.

Since I have no doubt the Embassy will do its best to settle the dispute, I think I'd better make the most of the splendid spring weather we are currently experiencing while it still lasts.
