Here be giants

Ignoring the miserable weather forecast we headed off to the Giants Causeway. Dodged the national trust tour and slipped through to wonder at the results of the first of nature. Whilst the main Causeway area was amazing, the walk we took along the cliff tops just revealed awesome view after awesome view. Just a few folk around in the route so it felt like a real treat. We ended at a stunning beach - it was just a bit too far for our tired legs to take us further on to the next harbour.Found the bus route to take us back to the car - but not the bus stop! So whilst 3 of us stood pondering our phones and Google, MrKT stuck his thumb out and hitched a ride back to pick up the car! All happy, including the kind man who had stopped and felt he’d done a good deed for the day! And the weather forecast was wrong - glorious day for it!
