I went out for a 5 km run first thing this morning and on passing the local Jet filling station I noticed that the forecourt was deserted and there was fuel in the pumps. As one of our cars was really low on fuel, I drove down and filled up without any problems.

Harriet and George have been out shopping in M&S at Nottingham. I will avoid mentioning the "C" word, but she has sent me this photo of her latest adoption to the Percy family .

After a relatively bright start the weather has been cold and dismal. The heating has been on again.
