Fermentation...
I started a wee chilli growing collective at my work. Framed as a competition but not really one. More a way of tackling the working from home separation of work colleagues during initial lockdowns. For the most part it did it's jobs and there's was lots of cha and banter.
My plants looked like they were starting to get attacked by wee besties so I cut my losses and harvested.
I'm now trying to ferment them to make a hot sauce. Never attempted this before but it was fun growing them.
