Coming up nicely!

It was our first coffee morning since the lockdown - we have one each month to raise funds for a local charity. When we set up the community garden project we thought it would be a good time also to enlist the help of people to work together in the garden. Then lock down came and we haven't had that luxury. So despite the rain there were five of us today and together we planted lots of Daffodil bulbs, raked over the wildflower area, gathered leaves and did some general tidying up. It was so good and made a huge difference in the couple of hours we spent in there.
The new wildflower turf is going great guns and I particularly liked this  Marguarite which has put in a solo appearance!. Lots of ladybirds around but not at the point when I had my camera to hand - typical!
