Heron portrait

It's a cold and windy day here in West Cork. I took a trip with my sister to Schull and Skibbereen to have a bit of a break away.

I spotted this heron hanging out outside the fish depot down by the harbour waiting for the doors to open. His feathers were blowing in the wind. We managed to drive the car very close so we were able to get some great close-up shots of him.
