Over The Hills

The trouble with holidays is that they’re over too soon. After a lovely day yesterday we woke to torrential rain, not very pleasant conditions for nearly 3 hours of travelling, although it did make Mr J drive slower. At least the clouds obscured the sheer drop along one section of road. We always remind H that she was too scared going over the mountains when she was young, so we told her we’d go the hill route instead. Some years later she realised we were still actually going the same way : )
