Oh it was a lovely day. Blue skies from morning till night. Started Break-Up, the story of the Salmond/Sturgeon fall out. A real page turner actually. Come midday I stepped out to watch Man U v Everton to find that Jimmy’s Bar was closed! October, innit. Season ending. I had to retrace my steps to the Toby Jug where I sat with a couple from Texas. Americans! In Mallorca! That’s really unusual. And not only that, they’d sold up and were moving here. Not retired folks, either. And watching soccer? Clearly crims on the run, I reckon.
