Alternative morning

The day is gray and wet -autumn has certainly arrived. I woke up before 6 and with a group of 50 nordic walkers, challanged the weather and went for a walk in the dark and the rain, on the paths that lead up to the old city of Bergamo. It was fantastic. Just us, the rain and the tick-tock-tick-tock of our walking poles hitting the asphalt in a rythimc way. The walk ended in a medieval castle were atmospheric light and music, fun exeecises, meditation and abundant breakfast awaited us (extra). What a wonderful way to start the day, and a good alternative to a macrophotowalk.
