Food bank this morning and then supermarket shopping. Fortunately there was a separate queue fir fuel otherwise I would have been there for a long time. Started to pour with rain and was cold so did inside stuff before heading into town to meet S for an early dinner. Went to No 12- new vegan restaurant- and had a delicious meal. Then up to theatre to see Northern Ballet perform Merlin. So nice to be back in a theatre! And nice to be in busy bustling city on a Saturday evening. Ballet was good though we both thought it had a bit too much story telling so was difficult to follow in parts
