Lone Swan

I had a wonder down to the lake, this swan was all alone
which was quite sad, the others were nowhere to be seen
I think they look so serene. After that I went to see my pal
with the wee lad who's not long turned 4, he was at nursery
he loves his swing, and goes it in the snow, he's hardy.
We had such heavy snow..blizzards this morning I thought
we were going to be snowed in, but it stopped and melted
so that was a hit.Thankyou all so much for the stars and hearts
for yesterdays blip, I was gobsmacked :-)))
It's been 5+ today, so more spring like..
