Finally…..

Youngest got his Covid jab today after a saga of argument against Kafka esque bureaucracy. He should have had it done in August as per the Scottish Government‘s decision to vaccinate 4,000 kids aged 12- 17 as they were deemed vulnerable due to various conditions they had. He was missed off our local authority lust, and the ongoing saga to get him vaccinated only served to expose the institutionalised inequalities built into the health system. Hats of to the incredibly helpful and understanding NHS team today, when we finally got hold of someone with common sense…..
