A welcoming place

I was initially interested in the dark brutalist architectural style making geometric patterns. 
But notice the metal studs to prevent people sitting on those handy extended window ledges.  Then you'll notice they've left one or two clear, so can't be all that bad... until you realise they've had to leave those, as they're the fire exit doors.
Actually it's not as bad as it looks; it just seemed to be like this on this side of the fence. Past the gated entrance I think all the ledges could be sat on.
