Here and there ....

After breakfast we walked to Preston Mill and enjoyed finding out more about its history and grinding oats on the guided tour. We also walked to the Phantassie Doocot.

We the drove to North Berwick Law and walked up it - a first for us both. It was steep in places and windy but with  great views of the Pentland, Arthur Seat and across to Fife, including the Lomonds (a familiar sight from the other direction on many of our walks in and around Pitlochry).

Gullane was our next step where we walked along the beach and watched the wind surfers. 

Back to our hotel and read for a bit before our bar meal, including a very tasty prawn cocktail. 

Back home tomorrow with some more sightseeing planned an route.
