Silly Sunday

We went to see our friends Liz and Genny in Derby.  Unfortunately the M42 was closed due to an accident so we had to detour which increased the length of our journey, and the amount of petrol we used!  Anyway we arrived eventually and had a lovely lunch and afternoon with them.  Luckily the motorway was OK on the journey home.

I hadn't taken any photos today so I looked around for a still life and settled on something more appropriate to Silly Saturday....a feather in the skin of an avocado stone.
