Bifocals

I've had a bit of trouble finding the MM theme, so thought I'd get this up early in case others have also.
The theme is 'Inventions' and specifically, inventions of the 18th century.

As best we know, the inventor of bifocals was Benjamin Franklin.. This most likely happened in the 1760s or early 1770s. 

Strictly speaking, my glasses are multis, but hey, I couldn't find a catheter:)

It's a gorgeous day and I plan to spend the rest of it in the garden.
