Berry nice

The forecast this afternoon was for sunny intervals with the chance of a heavy shower ....... there was quite a bit of blue sky in evidence so we decided to risk it :-)

We managed to get our walk in the dry! It was fairly blowy when we left but the wind increased while we were out ..... we ended up battling against it coming back ..... a bracing walk!

Not much about ..... we could hear a lot of twittering in the trees & bushes but none wanted to come out to play!

Saw these lovely orange coloured berries lit by the sun ..... blip sorted :-)

We did also see intrepid Common Darters & several Small White butterflies flitting about ....... added a couple of images as an Extra of them having a well earned rest :-)
