Mixed bouquet

It has been a day of sunshine and showers, quite usual at this time of year.

The darkness is coming earlier now, and the nights are colder.  I put on our winter duvet last night, and we were very cosy!

Have had a day of a bit of this and a bit of that.  In between this and that I had a wee walk around the garden.  A lot of plants are now going over, but I picked a wee bunch of flowers to brighten our living room. I do like to have plants and flowers in the house.

The petrol 'crisis' seems to be over at least in our area, although It is said it is still quite bad in the south and south east and that the army are being called in to help.  Strange times.
