Met a dog called Joey whilst having coffee. Cleaned out some cupboards. Racked up twelve thousand steps. The sun shone, then the wind blew and the rain fell. About average for a Monday in October. 

TGR called us on FaceTime. Lovely to catch up. Lots to talk about. This time last week we were hanging out on the South Bank. Seems like an age ago …
