Heaven’s Gate

On my last full day in Wiltshire we drove out to Heaven’s Gate, which has a spectacular group of sculptures situated just before you see the astounding view. This huge stone circle dominates the group. Heaven’s Gate overlooks not only the green landscape but also Longleat House.
I remember visiting Longleat as a kid and being underwhelmed by the whole experience. However, seeing it from this height puts the whole thing into better perspective. Extras are, I think, self-explanatory.
