Going Down

I can’t remember the last time we were at the pictures but Hey! we went this evening. Since I picked it was a Marvel film of course, The Legend of the Ten Rings, and we really enjoyed it. Lots of action, a decent story and due deference to Studio Ghibli. What’s not to like?
Earlier I had a half decent game of golf in decent weather, a walk to the tenpin in some torrential rain, a damp and not so decent practice with the new bowling ball, a quick pint in The Roseburn afterwards and a chilli-oil-smothered pizza before the film. The pizza was definitely the disappointment of the day.
