Evening: Spider and Dahlia
Some white spiders are poisonous, some are benign, and some look like they're made of sticky glow-in-the-dark rubber. All I know is I'm not putting my fingers in there. At first I thought it was an abandoned skeleton, but it was very twitchy and alive.
I took down one of the tomato beds this morning before it got too hot. The eight sturdy plants weren't going to produce any new fruit, and I can use the windowsill to ripen the bits that are left. We got good mileage from this bunch, and now it's time to consider a winter crop.
