Merguez
I had a broken work shift today. Which means morning and evening shift but home at noon. I didn t feel to ;prepare food as there is not so much time. So i went to the Libanese restaurant, which i frequently visit let s say on a month base.The owner is a verry friendly chap and is a originating from Libanon. We always have a talk. Foodis ,well;prepared with love and good ingredients. This time i wanted to eat Merguez. I don t eat often meat but now and then i do. Then homewards , a small nap and again At 4PM on the workfloor.
