Thanks for all the lovely comments and hearts on the backblips from the Scottish holiday, all really appreciated. 
Today I was preparing for an exercise we are going to do at camera club and so I had a wee mess around in the studio with long exposure. This is an 8 sec exposure with me turning my head during the time to create the image.
