A gift

My brother in law gave me this Statice yesterday, as he came here for tea, I didn’t swim yesterday to reserve my energy to do tea for him. He’s not well, and I like to give him a home cooked meal when I can, he also bought a pumpkin as he had grown a few. So a good base for soup and a topping for shepherds pie I think. So this is my blip from him. I caught up on a swim today, but not in the sea, in our local pool. Definitely not as good, but still as beneficial.
