Lomond

Met up with one of my friends on Friday for a walk along part of the Loch Leven Heritage Trail, near Kinross.

It was a 'there-and-back' walk along the shore of the loch but with a lunch stop at Loch Leven's Larder that was almost, but not quite, as long as the walk itself. It was good to catch up over footsteps and food.

Took this view of West Lomond hill from Kirkgate Point in the trail, not far from our start / end-point at Kinross Pier. I've added an extra of Loch Leven Castle, which sits on an island in the loch. A bit windy out on the loch on Friday, but the boat trip wasn't running anyway due to the Covid restrictions.
