Raspberry jam

With seeds, so simple to make and tasty too. Cousin D visited and brought a cool box full of his home grown fruits, raspberries, black currants and strawberries. I defrosted the freezer and decided today was the day for jam making, auntie doesn’t get on with the pips so the second batch took quite a bit longer, what with all the sieving and fiddling with muslin bags etc.
