LAST BREATH OF SUMMER
It's Tiny Tuesday and the honey bees are finding the abundant Fall Blooming Asters to their liking. These beautiful plants just seem to bloom in the nick of time as the rest of the flowering plants complete their life cycle. As dandelions in Spring are the saviors of starved bee colonies, the asters fill the comb with winter's stores. Without this final addition, many colonies would not survive the cold weather.
Best in Large.
