A brief sunny break in the wind and rain, so I took advantage of it and went for a quick walk. I often see ads and notices stuck on power poles. Glad I saw this fragment that was left behind and glad the brief moment in the sun provided a shadow.  I like the texture in the wood too.
Still catching my breath from a few days away and we have appointments tomorrow off island. I miss checking in on other journals and hope to be back to normal soon! In the meantime, thanks to those who are leaving comments and stars - I really appreciate them all.
