Snow Capped Arran
A fiery sky over the snow-capped Arran today.
Apparently the Island is still without mains electricity due to pylons being knocked down on the Kintyre peninsula on Friday. Friday's snow storm was one of the worst the Island has seen in many years.
The snow drifts are reported to be up to 7 feet deep in places and getting to the fallen power lines has proved a real challenge. Temporary generators have been taken to the area on the ferries to keep some services open.
Hope everyone there is ok and keeping warm.
