Walking in the sun

We went to check on a walk for the club today, a gorge walk along the River Ayr.  It was an interesting walk, with fungi and seedheads to be seen.  Quite hard walking as a lot of it was hilly, and sometimes there were lots of big steep steps to negotiate.  I was tired at the end but after a rejuvenating cuppa I was fine.

The weather was fantastic, beautifully sunny and blue skies, and we walked in dappled sunlight most of the time, and had our lunch at a nice wee spot at the river in full sunshine.

Hoping for a coffee at C's tonight!
