Cider brewing back in action

After not making any last year, I've got demijohns in the bath about to start bubbling.

A neighbour has 3, and I had 2 full ones.

Then the bottom of the fermentation barrel has been topped up with cherries from our garden (via a stay in the freezer).

3 gallons is a step down in production for me, but to be honest I've still a cellar of previous years to drink!
