It's melting!

Drip, drip, drip... The ice and snow are melting today! We still have 18 inches or so on the ground (several feet were we shoveled), but it is melting! There were a few icicles left on the shady side of the garage, so I dodged drips and set up the tripod. I got this one within the first 20 shots... kept trying... different angles... 200 shots later... I guess I could have stopped much sooner.

It's been a grey windy day, but the temperature is up a good 10 degrees. The air has a tiny whiff of spring in it.

Thank you all for the fun and sweet comments about yesterday's squirrel. Cute little faces are always enjoyable... just thought I'd go a little artsy fartsy today.
