Branch jumble

Still very cold outside but at least the wind has eased off slightly. I can't get out of my head all those images on the news of sheep and lambs being buried alive in the snow drifts, absolutely awful and its made me feel very sad over the last couple of days. Thankfully some have survived but many have perished.

Got a phone call this afternoon to say that the new car has arrived and I can collect it on Saturday, woo hoo!! I then spent a lovely 20 minutes trying to get through to the insurance company with the details. Apparently they are inundated with claims due to the snow!

Back to today's image.... This water here is usually completely covered in duckweed/algae but the recent strong winds have moved it around which has made the way clear for the jumble of branches to be reflected in the water.
