Got a phone call this morning to say my file has finally been cleared by MI5  MI6  the teaching agency. Fingers crossed that they can now find me an assignment as I've definitely been climbing the walls waiting for news!

I haven't been sleeping very well, as I've felt so ill, but I know I got some sleep last night because I dreamt I was a contestant in 'Squid Game'. I don't feel too bad now and - boosted by said phone call and not having been ‘eliminated’ by weird men in red suits - I've managed to clean most of the house. We've got family coming to stay for the weekend and I don't want them to know we normally live in a pig sty... although I'm sure they already suspect this!
