Got to the gym early as J was off to Llandow in the car. Des hadn't arrived but when he did I was talking to a few of the other "gang" I said , have you traded me in for a younger model, because when I saw you on Sunday, you were all over a young lady called Helen, and you even remembered him name. It took you nearly two years to remember mine. His face was a picture, and Des said, I'm lost for words. We all burst out laughing, because Des is never, ever lost for words. I did my work out, and then walked to town, did some shopping and then caught the bus home.
