Fig

Had to go through to Stockbridge again (can't seem to stay away), as the medinilla I'd bought at little Dobbies last week turns out to have something wrong with it - a fungus/virus, something I'd never seen before killing the leaves pretty fast. They gave me a refund immediately (although their plant person didn't know what the trouble was either) - they still had one specimen left in the shop, but we we inspected it closely it had signs of the same disease so they were going to bin it. Must have come from the grower. Harrumph.

On my way back along the street I noticed what appears to be a fig tree growing in the wall at the entrance to Scotmid's car park.....
